Church Services IV: The Voyage [to our new church] Home
Whew!
What a week today has been! Late on Friday Pastor signed the papers. We are officially in our new building! We're in a rent-to-buy agreement that gives us 6 months to raise all the funds.
Today we went and cleaned.
And cleaned.
And cleaned.
Did I mention how we cleaned the building? We had to move all sorts of desks, shelves, and other stuff, cut copper tubing (there were compressed air lines dropping from the ceilings everywhere), scrubbed, buffed, and disinfected.
Then we got to move all our new chairs into our new space. A church in Massachusetts had 80 chairs that weren't quite right so we purchased them for about half the cost of brand new.
So services this week will be in our new building and not in the school. Wow.
God is good.

It’s nice to hear you. God is with us buddy, don’t worry. Just keep the faith and walk towards the positive. Did you people buy every requisition? Like church chairs etc.
